Payment (Credit Card Transactions)
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express for online and phone orders.

Order Processing
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. If an item is backordered, you will be notified within 24 hours with an expected ship date. If the ship date is longer than you can wait for the item, you can cancel the order by calling us at 800-437-1442 or e-mailing us at kvarriale@sspinc.com. Please have your order number when calling about an order.

Shipping
Products are generally shipped via UPS Ground. If you need us to expedite your order, you will have the option of selecting several faster methods of shipping when ordering online.

Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your order ships with the UPS tracking number. If you lose or misplace this, you can go dev.spiraldesign.com/www-silblade-com and track the order by entering your order #. If you do not have your order number, you can contact customer service (link to contact us page) and we will track it for you.

Returns
Any return, whether it is for a warranty or not must come back with a return authorization number.  For warranty returns, please click here
