| Comments: Primary reason I chose these over conventional wipers is lifespan. By definition, I must have had them for a while before I can know whether they satisfy that requirement. This survey was requested too soon for me to know that. | ||

| Comments: This is my 3rd silblade wipers that I have purchased for my vehicles and can say that they are the best on the market although a little expensive, the difference is made up in the durability and length of time between replacements. They are a better quality than the old rubber type wipers | ||

| Comments: I had to adapt the blades sent to me, to fit my car. Spoke to your office, tech support stated " I must be putting them on wrong". Once I clipped off a piece of the unit, they worked fine. The intelligent and helpful woman who answered the phone agreed with me about the same problem she had with her car. Thumbs down for tech support, but then again I didn't receive my first mechanical patent until I was 28 years old. | ||

| Comments: I don't like the fact that refills are not available, but the price of the sillblade, if they last long enough, should offset the cost difference. We'll see. | ||

| Comments: Customer service was great. When I called about receiving the wrong blades, replacements came quickly. A suggestion: there's a little plug that fits in a hole in the large, central adapter so that blades can fit 2005 Ford 500/Merc. Sable. Make the plug stay in better. This is the 2nd time that I lost one just by it falling out. Lucky this time, I still had plugs from old blades. | ||

| Comments: I have 2 sets of these on each of my trucks that are now probably 5 years old. And they still work as well as the day I bought them. I have spent lots of money on Anco, Bosch and trico,, and even the fancy Rainx brand, and NONE compare to the Silblade. I am a customer for life. | ||

| Comments: I had to get a replacement end cap that fell off. I was sent a complete wiper very quickly. The customer service was excellent. So far, the wipers are great! | ||
